Many ISPs and company IT departments are filtering out obvious spam and viruses of their customers' mailboxes. These are messages you may get with "adjusted" subject lines. However, on the top of that system, your email client may also be filtering (often times with less forgiving filters), which you may want to "assist" by giving it email addresses to always allow or "whitelist."
For those using out look, following the instructions below:
1. Click on Address Book
2. Under show names from the: Click on All Users
3. Click on New Entry
4. Type in Email address and any other information for that address
5. Click Save and Close
or
1. Click on the Junk Mail Folder
2. Choose a message that is not junk
3. Right click on it and choose Junk Email
4. Click on add sender to safe senders list.
This will prevent emails you wish to receive from going into your junk folder.
